About Us
Our History
The journey of Springs of Salvation Church International began in 1975 through the divine inspiration of our father, Reverend David Bode Akinremi.
While serving as the second Trustee of the Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT), Reverend Akinremi received a biblical injunction from Isaiah 12:3: “With joy shall we draw water from the well of our salvation”.
This vision led to our very first service in November 1975, and the church was officially registered with the government in 1976. From its inception, the church has been built on the principle that it belongs to Jesus Christ and remains under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
The New Era
In accordance with the biblical truth that God does new things in His time, we inaugurated the “New Era” of the church on Sunday, April 18, 2021. This era is dedicated to establishing an administrative standard that provides a solid foundation for upcoming and unborn generations.
